Ron Shidemantle, ΒΥ 173 – Chairman/President

Brother Shidemantle is a past Beta Upsilon Chapter President, past Student Body President at Slippery Rock University, and currently serves as the Allegheny Regional Director of Theta Xi National Fraternity where he has received five (5) National Regional Director of the Year Awards. Ron has served as a university administrator at Penn State University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Duquesne University, and Virginia Tech.  Brother Shidemantle is  currently on staff at Robert Morris University where he serves as the Director of the Office of Residence Life.

Tom Kijowski, ΚΓ 184 - Vice President

Brother Kijowski is a past Kappa Gamma Chapter Executive Officer and currently serves as President of the Kappa Gamma (Fairmont State University) Theta Xi Alumni Association. Tom is the owner of the Thomas Kijowski Investment Consulting Group and is a resident of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

John Shepherd - Π 779 - Treasurer

Brother Shepherd is a past Pi Chapter Executive Officer, has a long record of service on the Theta Xi Foundation of Pittsburgh, and serves as Treasurer of the Theta Xi Club of Pittsburgh. Dr. Shepherd currently serves as Associate Professor and Chairman of the Journalism and Multimedia Arts Department at Duquesne University, and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Brett Covert, ΚΤ 710 - Secretary

Brother Covert is a past chapter president of our Kappa Tau Chapter at West Virginia Wesleyan, past student body president, past national undergraduate director on the Grand Lodge of our Fraternity, and currently serves as the regional director of the Allegheny District - Region 3.  Brett graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the College of Law at West Virginia University and currently works for a wealth management firm in the metro-Washington, D.C., area as a relationship manager/financial planner.

Jesse W. Whitlow, Π 771 – Board Member

Brother Whitlow is a long and dedicated alumni volunteer of the fraternity, having served for many years as the Pi Chapter Advisor, past President of the Theta Xi Club of Pittsburgh, and long-time member of the Theta Xi Educational Foundation of Pittsburgh Board of Directors. Jesse is a Fellow Engineer at Bechtel Bettis, Incorporated and is a resident of South Park Township, Pennsylvania.

Vito Cedro III, Π 795 – Board Member

Brother Cedro is a past Pi Chapter President, who has been a Chapter Representative on the CMU Greek Council, a long-time member of the Theta Xi Educational Foundation of Pittsburgh Board of Directors, and in that capacity is currently serving as the Pi Endowment Fund Advisor for the Pi Chapter Trust held at CMU. Vito is the Vice President of Engineering of Alcoa World Alumina, Atlantic Division, and is a resident of Export, Pennsylvania.

Mike Guido, Π 862 – Board Member

Brother Guido is a past Pi Chapter Executive Officer who is the immediate past President and Chairman of the Theta Xi Educational Foundation of Pittsburgh. Dr. Guido is a past Pi Chapter Advisor who currently serves on the management staff of Mallet Technology, Incorporated as an Applications Engineer. Mike is a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Larry Sebek, ΒΣ 315 – Board Member

Brother Sebek is a past Chapter Executive Officer of our Beta Sigma Chapter at California University of Pennsylvania, the current alumni advisor and volunteer for the Chapter. Larry is the Associate Dean for Student Services at California University and is a resident of Monessen, Pennsylvania.

Michael Davis, ΒΟ 477 – Board Member

Brother Davis is a past Beta Omicron Chapter President, past President of the Clarion University Interfraternity Council, and past Allegheny Regional Director. Mike is on the staff for the Department of the Army in Pittsburgh, currently serves as an officer in the United States Army Reserve, and resides in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.

Vito Cedro, ΒΟ 446 – Board Member

Brother Cedro is a past Beta Omicron Executive Officer, and member of the Beta Omicron Alumni Association. Vito is a Senior Associate of Solenture Inc., and Chief Compliance Officer and Investment Advisory Representative of Solenture Advisors LLC. Vito currently resides in Ross Township, Pennsylvania.
